Refunds & Returns

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to accept returns or process refunds for change of mind purchases.

However, if your scrub or any part of your order arrives damaged or if there are any problems with your order, we're here to help!

In the unlikely event that you notice an issue with your scrub please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.

You can return a faulty or damaged item for a refund (to your original payment method) or exchange for a different product.

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the steps below:

  2. Provide all details required in the boxes: name, email address, phone number and be sure to include your order number in the message along with the issue that you've found.
  3. We may ask you to send us some photos to better understand and potentially troubleshoot your problem.
  4. We will arrange the return shipping for you.
