• Which scrub is best for my skin type?

Your skin type is SO important for which scrub we suggest.
In the description of every product we've listed the most appropriate skin types, but if you're still unsure please don't hesitate to get in touch via our contact form, Facebook messenger button or email and we'll be sure to help you out straight away!

  • I have sensitive skin, how do I know your scrubs are suitable for me?

We always recommend to spot test BEFORE use.
But don't be alarmed! Allergic reactions are highly unlikely due to the naturally derived ingredients and all our ingredients are listed on each product do you know EXACTLY what you're getting.

  • I'd prefer to do a spot test, HELP I've never done one before!

Here's our recommended spot test procedure:
Before using on your face we encourage you to spot test on an invisible part of your arm or leg. Try the inside of your elbow or the back of your knee.

After 24 hours if you've not had a reaction then you're fine to test on your face.
For face testing we recommend the corner of your forehead or under your jaw.
Again, if no reaction then scrub away!

  • Why should I use these scrubs on my skin?

Exfoliating your skin is one of the best things you can do to keep your skin looking fresh, youthful and healthy.
Exfoliating removes the outer layer of dead skin, revealing the new skin cells hidden underneath.
If you don't remove these old, dead skin cells your skin can start to look dull, patchy, rough and dry- also resulting in breakouts and excess oil build up.
By removing those old, dead skin cells you're also paving the way for your moisturising products to do their job!
These products can absorb into your skin much better without those old, dead skin cells in the way.

  • Whats the best way to store my scrub?

Our scrubs are designed for use in the shower, and they are perfectly fine to live there.
Please be mindful that water getting into them will dilute the scrubs so is best to be avoided.

HINT: Once you've finished with the scrub, reseal the pouch and fold it over to prevent water from getting in!

  • How often should I use the scrubs?

For use on your face we recommend 2-3 times per week.
For use on your body we recommend 3-5 times per week.

  • Does my scrub expire?

Your scrub doesn't "expire" but we recommend keeping for a maximum of 6 months.

  • I have allergies (nuts, coconut, honey etc). Can I still use your scrubs?

Some of our scrubs contain nut oils, coconut oil, honey and other allergens.
The ingredients and allergens for each scrub are listed in our online store and on the packaging of each scrub.
Please read them carefully if you have any allergies.

  • Why are some scrubs more expensive than others?

The prices of our scrubs are based purely on the natural ingredients that they contain.  We use only cosmetic grade oils and and some of these can be harder to source than others or are not able to manufactured here in Australia, therefore cost a little more.
    We promise they're worth it!
